I had Kohler Home Improvement build and remodel a 1000 sq/ft unfinished basement. After securing 4 bids, Kohler was my choice of contractors with John Kohler as the QB of the addition. QUALITY OF WORKMANSHIP I was very impressed with the quality of the service and material used while completing the task. John and I communicated on a daily basis regarding the progress of the job, the materials that were being used and task at hand on that given day. He had several young men that assisted in the job. They were qualified and presented a common work ethic while on the job. There were no surprises and the project concluded with a workman’s quality of material and expertise. I was more than happy with the finished product. COST OF THE PROJECT In comparing the bids, I was impressed with the references and competitive pricing for the basement. SERVICE IF NEEDED For someone that is in the people business, as I am with the CBJ NHL team that was the ONE quality I was looking for in making my decision. Kohler installed tile in our master bath and it looks great! It was done in a short amount of time and they were extremely professional and helpful to answer questions along the way. We just sold our house and due to recent storm; we had to replace carpet in our entire finished basement. The carpet looks wonderful!
